Display options include our artisan Charcuterie Board with prosciutto, sopressata, pepper-crusted salami, assorted cheeses, dried apricots, olives, and herb-infused baguettes. The Smoked Salmon Display features delicately sliced salmon with fresh dill, lemon, capers, creme fraiche, and crostini. Carving Stations, Taco Bars, Pasta Bars, and More

Beyond the displays, our live-action specialty stations add a hands-on, interactive element. The Butcher Block carving station features chef-carved proteins like beef tenderloin, turkey, or ham. Our Ultimate Slider Bar lets guests build their own with options like cheddar burgers, chipotle ranch sliders, or pulled pork. The Street Tacos station is inspired by a corner stand in Isla Mujeres, Cancun, with options like barbacoa, carnitas, pollo asado, spicy shrimp, and blackened fish. And our Italian Pasta Bar lets guests create their own dish with a choice of pastas, sauces, and mains served with garlic bread and grated Parmesan.

We also offer a Build Your Own Poke Bowl station with sushi-grade tuna and marinated shrimp, plus fresh toppings and sauces. Specialty stations can stand alone as the main food service for cocktail-style events, or complement a buffet or plated meal.
