Or go Southern with our “Southern Comfort BBQ” featuring Texas-style smoked brisket and classic sides. “A Nod to Tuscany” brings Caesar salad, bruschetta, chicken Parmesan, and Italian sausage with penne in marinara. And the “Coastal Virginia Feast” highlights local favorites like oven-broiled rockfish with Old Bay and remoulade.

The “Hawaiian Luau” features teriyaki-glazed meats and pineapple-studded salads. “Our Favorite No. 1 Chinese Take Out” delivers bourbon chicken, shrimp and scallops in garlic butter, and vegetable spring rolls. “Iconic New Orleans Cajun Cuisine” brings Creole jambalaya, crawfish, and po’ boys. And for island vibes, “Jamaica Island Flavors and Vibrations” serves up jerk chicken, curry shrimp, and Caribbean-style sides.

We also offer curated Holiday Party Packages with classic seasonal dishes like oven-roasted turkey, Virginia pit ham, whiskey peppercorn sirloin, glazed salmon, and all the fixings, from herb bread stuffing and candied yams to pumpkin pie and bourbon pecan pie. Holiday catering, Thanksgiving catering, and Christmas party catering are some of our busiest seasons, so we recommend booking early to lock in your preferred date.

What themed buffet options do you offer?
We offer over ten themed packages, including South of the Border (Mexican), Southern Comfort BBQ, A Nod to Tuscany (Italian), Coastal Virginia Feast (local seafood), Hawaiian Luau, Chinese Take Out, Iconic New Orleans Cajun, Jamaica Island Flavors, Silk Road Thai Stir Fry, Taste of the Bay (premium seafood), and The Cosmopolitan (cocktail party style). We also have dedicated Holiday Party Packages for Thanksgiving and Christmas events.
The themed packages are designed to work as-is, but we can make adjustments to accommodate dietary needs, swap out a side, or add items from our regular menu. If you like the concept of a theme but want to change a few things, we’ll work with you to make it fit.
Themed buffets start at $28 per guest for our Holiday Party Package and range up to $42 per guest for our premium “Taste of the Bay” seafood package. Most themed buffets fall in the $34 to $38 range. These prices include entrees, sides, and salad, with the option to add desserts, beverages, and bar service.
They’re one of our most popular choices for corporate holiday catering. The Holiday Party Package comes with seasonal hors d’oeuvres, a salad course, two entrees, two sides, and a dessert, all at $28 per guest. It’s a turnkey option that keeps planning simple and gives your team a memorable meal.
